Resistance to frost
Continuous recording for up to 150 minutes at temperatures down to -20 °C (-4 °F). Action 3 handles cold weather perfectly. Battery life lasts as long as you do. Battery capacity limits have been pushed even further with the Action 3 to allow for 2.5+ hours more battery use. Capture all your adventures on a single charge.

Optimal image quality
See every little detail. HDR video lets you capture the fine details of highlights and shadows. Even in high-contrast environments, it captures 4K footage. Stabilization modes can be enabled even when shooting in 4K HDR to effectively eliminate camera shake.

Dual touchscreens
Front and rear touchscreen. The front screen is suitable for vlogging and selfies and supports commonly used touch functions. No more rotating the camera to adjust parameters, switch modes or play video.

Safe and efficient
Strong impact resistance for a reliable connection. Action 3's innovative quick-release design increases impact resistance by combining strong magnetic force and an additional positioning clip. It can also be easily detached and is flexible enough to quickly change locations and accessories.

Stereo recording
Exceptional audio performance means immersive results. Reception direction can be adjusted for more focused and accurate sound recording. A hidden microphone at the bottom of the Action 3 even cancels out wind noise, giving you greater confidence when recording audio in windy or high-speed scenarios.
