The Samyang 16mm T2.2 VDSLR ED AS UMC CS II is designed for creating professional films and videos. You can change the aperture smoothly and quietly with the removable aperture ring. Distance scales and "T" values are marked on both sides of the lens for easy handling

The design of this lens consists of 13 elements in 11 groups including 1 extra low light scattering glass, 1 aspherical element and 1 hybrid aspherical element. The aspherical and hybrid aspherical elements minimize color aberration to achieve exceptional image quality with high contrast. The Ultra Low Light Scattering (ED) glass effectively controls light scattering, together with the Ultra Multi Coating (UMC) coating reduce unwanted flares and shadows to a minimum
