The Tilta RS-TA3-RD2 is a dedicated run/stop recording cable that connects the Tiltaing Advanced Side Focus Handle (or Advanced Power Handle) to any RED camera equipped with the RED Control Port (V-RAPTOR, V-RAPTOR XL, KOMODO-X, KOMODO), allowing instant start/stop triggering directly from the handle’s record button for seamless handheld or gimbal operation.

The Tilta RS-TA3-RD2 Run/Stop Cable enables full run/stop control of RED KOMODO, KOMODO-X, V-RAPTOR, and V-RAPTOR XL cameras when using Tilta’s Tiltaing Advanced Side Handle (left or right versions with record button). The cable plugs into the camera’s RED Control Port (EXT) and the USB-C REC port on the Advanced Handle, providing reliable, low-latency trigger response without needing additional nucleus or third-party record modules. At only 40 cm long, it keeps cabling clean and manageable on compact rigs while maintaining Tilta’s signature durability and strain-relieved connectors.
