The Tilta RS-TA3-RD1 is a 25 cm run/stop cable that connects any Tiltaing Advanced Side Handle (left or right, F570 or F970 versions) to RED cameras equipped with the Type 1 Sync Port (Komodo, Komodo-X, V-Raptor, V-Raptor XL, DSMC2 Helium, DSMC2 Gemini, etc.), enabling instant one-button record start/stop directly from the handle.

This compact, right-angle cable gives RED shooters full run/stop control when using Tilta’s ergonomic wooden or power handles on cages or shoulder rigs. One end plugs into the handle’s 4-pin run/stop port, while the other end terminates in the correct 7-pin connector for RED’s Type 1 EXT sync port (the smaller 7-pin version found on Komodo and most DSMC2 bodies). At only 25 cm long with right-angle connectors on both ends, it keeps cable management clean and prevents strain during handheld or gimbal operation.
