The Atomos TX-RX 4K/HD is a professional wireless transmitter and receiver set for video monitoring on set, in the studio, and in the field. Connect the transmitter to a camera or other source and send the video—free from cable constraints—to the control room, a client monitor, and other crew members. The system transmits up to 4Kp30 via HDMI or 1080p60 via 3G-SDI in the 5 GHz band, with automatic channel selection, AES-128 encryption, 60 ms latency, and a range of up to 300 m in line of sight. A single transmitter can serve up to four receivers, making it easy to monitor the shot whether shooting from a tripod, handheld, or on a gimbal. The TX features HDMI and 3G-SDI inputs, including HDMI loop-through; the RX provides 3G-SDI and two HDMI outputs for parallel viewing. Both compact units are powered by Sony NP-F batteries, via USB-C 5 V / 3 A, or DC 9–16 V, and can be quickly mounted on a rig using a 1/4″ thread.

The TX‑RX is a professional wireless system for production control, camera crews, and client monitoring on set, in the studio, and in the field. Connect the transmitter to a camera or other source, and the receiver delivers a clean image to monitors without cable restrictions. A range of up to 300 m in line of sight and 60 ms latency provide freedom when switching from a tripod to a handheld rig or gimbal, while the production team remains connected.

REAL-TIME IMAGE

Transmit up to 4Kp30 via HDMI or 1080p60 via 3G-SDI. The system uses the 5 GHz band, automatic channel selection, and AES-128 encryption; a latency of 60 ms gives the control room and crew more reliable oversight of the shot without tethering. A single transmitter can serve up to four receivers, allowing the signal to be sent simultaneously to the control room, the client, and other crew members.

FLEXIBLE POWER AND QUICK RIG

Both units can be powered by Sony NP‑F batteries, a USB‑C 5 V / 3 A connection, or a 9–16 V DC input, making them easy to integrate into an existing rig. The TX features HDMI and 3G‑SDI inputs as well as an HDMI loop‑through for pass-through camera connections; the RX offers 3G‑SDI and a pair of HDMI outputs for parallel monitoring. The compact bodies feature a 1/4″ thread and can be quickly mounted on a camera, cage, or monitor.
