The Blackmagic URSA Mini extension arm is a fixed arm for URSA Mini and URSA Mini Pro cameras. It moves the URSA Handgrip side hand controller forward, in front of the camera, so you hold it out in front when shooting from the shoulder. The same arm is part of the URSA Mini Shoulder Mount Kit; here you can buy it separately.

The controller where you need it when shooting from the shoulder
When shooting from the shoulder, the camera is supported at the front by hand. The arm moves the controller to exactly that spot.
The URSA Handgrip controller in front of the camera
The URSA Handgrip hand controller has a standard rosette and a LANC connector. With the arm you move it from the side of the camera to the front, and control recording, iris and focus out in front of you.
Part of the shoulder mount kit
The extension arm is part of the URSA Mini Shoulder Mount Kit, together with the shoulder base and the top handle. Sold separately, it is handy for completing the set or replacing the part.
