Blackmagic Cloud Store Mini 16TB is fast flash network storage for shared post production. Four internal M.2 NVMe SSDs in parallel RAID 0 and 10G Ethernet make large projects available to multiple users at once. SMB/NFS, HDMI monitoring, USB-C with Ethernet over USB and Amazon Web Services S3 synchronization make it a compact file server for collaborative work.
16 TB flash storage for shared work without waiting
Cloud Store Mini 16TB combines four internal M.2 NVMe SSDs in parallel RAID 0 with 10G Ethernet. It makes large projects available to multiple users at once—without mechanical drives and with quiet operation.
Fast file server for the whole team
SMB and NFS share files on the local network with up to 50 computers. One 100/1000/10G BASE-T port and separate 1G Ethernet are joined by USB 3.0 Type-C with Ethernet over USB—also useful for connecting a laptop directly.
The HDMI monitoring output at 1080p50/59.94/60 displays storage capacity and use, sync status, user activity, hardware, storage map and network data-rate graph.
Local performance, connected workflow
Management and updates run through Blackmagic Cloud Setup Utility via USB-C or Ethernet. Blackmagic Proxy Generator Lite is included too. The current system supports Amazon Web Services S3 synchronization, letting one compact appliance take part in a cloud workflow.
An internal 100–240 V AC supply and locking 12 V DC backup input provide installation flexibility for a post-production room or mobile rack.
Speed up collaboration with large image data
Cloud Store Mini is private network storage for editing, grading, audio and VFX post production. The low access time of flash storage and high read/write speed help with large camera files including Blackmagic RAW.
Four M.2 cards run in parallel RAID 0 to make the most of a 10G network. The compact chassis suits a desk or rack, with active cooling designed for quiet operation.
Alongside network access, USB-C can be used for local backup and importing files from media or camera drives. That is a practical alternative for sensitive data where you want a copy under your own control.
The unit does not require a monthly subscription or web account for basic configuration; it is managed by the macOS and Windows application. Its HDMI output also provides a real-time overview of connected users, network load and storage status.
