The Blackmagic DeckLink SDI Micro is a miniature M.2 PCI Express card with 3G-SDI for simultaneous capture and playback of SD and HD video up to 1080p60. It has a Black Burst and Tri-Sync reference input, fits M.2 slots with B and M keys in 2260 and 2280 sizes, and suits compact and portable computer systems.
3G-SDI on an M.2 card
SDI video capture and playback in a computer without a free PCIe slot – all it takes is an M.2 slot and a card measuring 80 × 22 mm.
Fan and heat sink included
The card comes with a fan and heat sink assembly to remove heat in a compact case. It draws at most 4.03 W and operates at 0 to 50 °C.

M.2 2260 and 2280 format
The card uses one PCI Express generation 3 lane and fits M.2 slots with B and M keys in 2260 and 2280 lengths. It measures 80 × 22 mm.
Formats and standards
It supports NTSC, PAL, 720p, 1080i, 1080PsF and 1080p up to 60 frames per second with 4:2:2 and 4:4:4 sampling. The SDI interface complies with SMPTE 259M, 292M, 296M, 424M and 425M level A and B and with ITU-R BT.656 and BT.601.
SDI cable
The SDI connectors on the card are miniature; the signal is brought out with the 151 mm CABLE-BDLKMIR/SDI cable with a BNC connector, sold separately.
