Mini Converter SDI Distribution 4K distributes the signal from its SDI input to 8 separate SDI outputs. It switches automatically between SD, HD and Ultra HD video formats. The reclocked outputs work with SD, HD, 3G and 6G-SDI up to 2160p30 and keep embedded audio, ancillary data and ASI, and a universal 12 V power supply is included.

Eight SDI outputs for the whole facility

Mini Converter SDI Distribution 4K splits one SDI input into eight reclocked outputs. The outputs automatically take on the input format and also carry embedded audio, ancillary data and ASI.

SD, HD and Ultra HD

The multi-rate 6G-SDI connection switches automatically between SD, HD, 3G and 6G-SDI and covers formats up to 2160p30 and 4K DCI up to 25p, so one distribution amplifier serves older SD and HD equipment as well as new Ultra HD production.

The Mini Converter 6G range

SDI Distribution 4K belongs to the Mini Converter 6G range of converters – together with the HDMI to SDI 6G, SDI to HDMI 6G or SDI to Analog 4K models it forms a complete set of equipment for Ultra HD production.

In the rack, in the truck and outdoors

The Mini Converter range of converters is built for 24/7 operation: the compact metal body fits into a studio rack, an outside broadcast truck or a live sports event outdoors. The connections are easy to reach and use standard cables.
