Blackmagic PYXIS Pro Handle is a top handle for Blackmagic PYXIS cameras with a built in HD OLED viewfinder, stereo microphone, record start/stop button, custom function buttons and a zoom rocker. Together with the Pro Grip side grip it turns PYXIS into a fast run and gun camera for news, documentary and broadcast work.

One USB-C cable

A handle for handheld work

Pro Handle mounts to the top of the Blackmagic PYXIS camera. Together with the Pro Grip side grip it makes PYXIS a fast handheld camera for news and documentary, where there is no time to build a rig.

Accurate viewing without an extra rig

The HD OLED viewfinder with 4 element glass optics and a wide −4 to +4 diopter adjustment makes shooting outdoors and in direct light easy. It has a proximity sensor, a built in digital focus chart for setting viewfinder focus and shows frame guides; the viewfinder pivots up and down for high and low angles.

Stereo microphone and controls

The high quality stereo microphone with an ultra low noise floor records separate audio tracks alongside the professional audio inputs of the camera, without an external mixer. On top there is a tally light, a record start/stop button, custom function buttons and an assignable zoom rocker for compatible zoom lenses; two 1/4″ thread mounts carry a light or a wireless receiver.
