Blackmagic URSA Cine 12K LF 100G Body is a body-only configuration for rigs with existing accessories: it includes a locking EF mount, CFexpress Media Module, 36 × 24 mm large-format RGBW sensor, 16 stops of dynamic range and 100G Ethernet for SMPTE ST 2110. EVF, top handle, baseplate, power supply and battery plate are not included; PL, LPL and B4 mounts are optional.

URSA Cine 12K LF 100G Body combines a large-format RGBW sensor, 16 stops of dynamic range and 100G Ethernet for IP workflows. It is intended for rigs that already have their own accessories and viewfinder.
Body configuration for an existing rig
The supplied locking EF mount and CFexpress Media Module form the base. EVF, top handle, baseplate, power supply and battery plate are not included, making this model suitable when those components are already owned or selected for a specific production.
Modular mounts and studio operation
In addition to the included EF mount, PL, LPL and B4 mounts are available separately for URSA Cine. The optional Studio Viewfinder adds a 7-inch touchscreen studio display; it is not included with this Body version.
Speed for SMPTE‑2110
100G Ethernet supports live SMPTE ST 2110 IP video and high frame rates for sports replay. Image tools include the large-format sensor, Blackmagic RAW, built-in ND filters, Generation 6 Color Science and 3D LUT processing.
Cinematic image in an IP production chain
URSA Cine 12K LF 100G uses a 36 × 24 mm large-format RGBW sensor with 16 stops of dynamic range. In SMPTE‑2110 Live mode it provides real-time IP video via 100G Ethernet, combining live production with the image character of a digital film camera.
Generation 6 Color Science delivers accurate colour and skin tones. Processing supports film, Extended Video and Video gamut modes, custom 3D LUTs and work over the full film gamut, with Rec. 709, Rec. 2020 and PQ also available.
For live image processing, the camera includes a colour corrector based on DaVinci Resolve’s primary corrector. Iris, black level and RGB offset can be controlled via ATEM Camera Control Panel, while more advanced corrections can be driven from DaVinci Resolve panels.
URSA Cine works with Blackmagic RAW for 12K post production, built-in ND filters and high-speed recording. Its workflow also includes 100G Ethernet, Wi-Fi, RTMP/SRT streaming and compatibility with the Blackmagic Media Dock ecosystem.
Optional accessories adapt the camera to cinema or studio work: PL, LPL and B4 mounts, Studio Viewfinder, battery plates, baseplates and higher-capacity Media Modules are all selected separately.
