The Blackmagic URSA Cine B4 Adapter Cable connects the 7 pin EXT Control connector on the front of the URSA Cine camera to a 12 pin Hirose lens control connector. It lets you use compatible professional B4 broadcast lenses with their digital lens control, and it also comes with the URSA Cine Mount B4.
Digital B4 lens control through EXT Control
A short cable converts the camera control interface to the connector used by broadcast lenses.

The cable converts the 7 pin EXT Control connector on the camera to the 12 pin Hirose connection that B4 lenses use for control.
