The basis of this kit is the Sony a1 II/a9 III camera cage, which provides additional protection for the camera body while expanding the possibilities of attaching various accessories.

The Full Cage includes a Cold Shoe holder, M3 threads, 1/4″-20 threads with Locating Points, and a 3/8″-16 to 1/4″-20 thread adapter.

The cage has a modular design that allows users to easily go from a full cage to a half cage by simply removing a few screws. The HDMI clamps that are included ensure that the HDMI cable stays firmly attached regardless of the type of camera body used.

Also included in the kit is the XENO Top Handle, which attaches with a 1/4″-20 screw to the top of the cage and uses LocatingPins to ensure it is firmly attached. The handle increases flexibility when shooting and handling the camera, which is especially beneficial at low angles.

The top handle also expands the possibilities for attaching accessories with additional 1/4″-20 threads and a Cold Shoe mount, which is ideal for e.g. an external monitor using the Cold Shoe mount (not included).

The kit also includes a 15mm base plate, which allows the use of the supplied 15mm rods for mounting various accessories. Thanks to the adjustable height, the standard LWS distance of 85mm between the rods and the centre of the sensor can be maintained, ensuring compatibility with different systems.

The distance from the center of the rods to the ARCA mount ranges between 18mm and 38mm and is compatible with DJI's standard ARCA plates. The bottom of the base is compatible with Tilta's standard dovetail rails and also includes 1/4″-20 threads for mounting to tripods and other support systems.

Also included is an ergonomic wooden handle that attaches via 1/4″-20 with positioning pins, providing increased comfort when operating and holding the camera. A release button on the side of the mount makes it easy to adjust the angle of the handle for the ideal working position, and quickly reposition when changing shots.
