Enhance your production workflow with the Desview DT20-M 20" professional teleprompter, designed for broadcasting, corporate presentations, and live productions. This high-end teleprompter system features two 20" full HD metal monitors with a high brightness of 1000 cd/m², ensuring clear visibility even in bright environments.

DT-M Series with two metal monitors

The DT20-M belongs to the DT-M series – teleprompters with two metal monitors and HD beamsplitter glass. The series comes in 20, 22 and 24-inch sizes; this model has two 20" full HD monitors with 1000 cd/m² brightness, readable even outdoors.

Features at a glance

An overview of the main DT-M series features. Both metal monitors are included; the timer and the tripod are optional extras sold separately.

Height-adjustable camera mount

The supporting plate with a movable extension plate and the height-adjustable camera mount with a quick-release plate centre the lens exactly behind the beamsplitter glass. It takes PTZ cameras, camcorders, DSLRs and professional cameras – for interviews, live streaming, studio work and television.

Reference monitor for the presenter

The second metal monitor shows the live camera image, so the presenter keeps checking the framing and the delivery without looking away from the lens. Like the prompter monitor it has a 20" full HD screen. The timer above it is an optional extra.

Multilayer coated beamsplitter glass

The 2 mm tempered beamsplitter glass has a multilayer anti-reflective coating with 97 % transmittance and a 2:8 split ratio. The script reflects sharply and without ghosting, while the camera sees a clean image through the glass.

Hook-and-loop sunshade

The sunshade attaches to the teleprompter with hook-and-loop fasteners, so it goes on and off quickly. It shields the beamsplitter glass from ambient light and takes up little space in the case when removed.

Wide-angle shots without vignetting

The beamsplitter glass assembly extends to match the camera lens. The teleprompter handles wide-angle lenses down to 24 mm without the glass frame showing up as dark corners in the shot.

Desview Teleprompter software

The software for Windows and macOS has a new interface: script input and editing, font settings, multilingual support, shortcut keys and text highlighting. Scripts can be imported from a computer as TXT or Word files.

Control by remote, pedal or keyboard

Presenters set the scrolling speed and turn pages themselves – with the wireless remote control, the foot pedal or a keyboard and mouse. The remote control and the foot pedal are both included.

Wheeled aluminum case

The teleprompter travels in its own aluminum case with foam padding that holds every part in place. Built-in wheels make it easy to move around the studio and between locations.

More information

The high-tempered beamsplitter glass with anti-reflective coating delivers crisp text readability, while the one-touch image flip mirrors the script without additional software. The teleprompter supports both HDMI and 3G-SDI inputs, making it compatible with a wide range of professional cameras.

An adjustable-height camera mount provides flexibility, while the included wireless remote control and foot pedal ensure smooth scrolling operation. Support for horizontal and vertical camera mode makes it an excellent choice for various shooting formats, from traditional studio setups to social media content creation.

To ensure secure transportation and durability, the DT20-M comes in a wheeled aluminum case. It also includes an encryption dongle and professional teleprompter software, making it a complete solution for professional productions.
