The DZOFilm Gnosis 32 mm T2.8 Macro Prime is a professional metric-scale macro cine lens for VV and full-frame formats. It combines 1:1 reproduction at a 0.167 m minimum focus distance with a constant T2.8–T22 aperture range, 300° manual focus rotation, and LPL, PL and EF mount compatibility. A protective carry case is included.

Macro Without Compromise

The Gnosis 32 mm combines a wider perspective with 1:1 reproduction. It is designed for product details, advertising macro shots, and photographic situations where you need to include more of the surrounding environment in the composition.

The lens covers a 46.5 mm image circle for VV and full-frame sensors. The metric scale, standard 114 mm diameter, and 0.8 Mod conversion simplify working with film accessories and swapping lenses in a kit.

Detail and rendering control

The optical design, consisting of 11 elements in 9 groups, is engineered to deliver a clear image from the minimum focusing distance to infinity. The manufacturer claims natural color reproduction and high sharpness from the center to the edges of the image.

The aperture ring has a 55° manual rotation. The aluminum alloy barrel, measuring 112 mm in length and weighing approximately 1,460 g, is built for rugged film use.

Part of the Gnosis System

The Gnosis series includes focal lengths of 24, 32, 65, and 90 mm. The combination of wide-angle, standard, and telephoto macro lenses offers flexible shooting distances while sharing the same image circle, front diameter, and mounting standard.

The included case protects the lens during transport and storage. Always select a compatible LPL, PL, or EF configuration for your specific camera.
