The DZOFilm Octopus EF → Sony E is a mechanical adapter for using Canon EF lenses on cameras with a Sony E-mount. The active lock creates a secure, wobble-free connection; stainless steel, aluminum, internal knurling, and a 1/4″-20 mounting thread help maintain rig stability and infinity focus.

Octopus allows you to use Canon EF lenses on a Sony E-mount camera body. The active lock is designed to provide a secure connection without play or wobble when working with cine lenses and a rig.

It is a purely mechanical adapter with no optical elements; therefore, when properly mounted, it does not cause image cropping or vignetting on its own.
