The MOVCAM servo unit for DZOFILM Tango 18–90mm and 65–280mm cine zooms adds ENG-style electronic control of zoom, focus and iris. The Canon version connects via a Canon 12-pin connector, so you control the lens from the camera grip or remotely. Zoom speed is set with a rotary control on the unit.

Cinema optics with ENG control

Tango lenses cover Super 35, and with the servo they handle like a broadcast lens: zoom, focus and iris are controlled electronically from the camera or a remote. Ideal for broadcast, live events, concerts and documentary, where the operator wants a cinematic image and the speed of a one-person crew.

Canon connection

The unit connects to the camera through a Canon 12-pin lens connector – the Canon version is for cameras with this interface. A rotary control on the body sets the zoom speed, from slow cinematic moves to fast zoom-ins.

Secure rigging

Six 1/4″-20 threads let you mount the unit firmly in a camera rig. The servo weighs about 560g and is designed for DZOFILM Tango lenses, which are sold separately.
