The Edelkrone Laser Module is a laser rangefinder for the HeadPLUS and HeadPLUS PRO heads. It measures the distance from the camera to the target instantly, so you do not have to aim at a Point Tracking point from two angles — HeadPLUS knows it at a single press. It is useful wherever a camera on a slider, jib or dolly has to keep a fixed point in frame, and it is one of the three add-ons for HeadPLUS alongside the Vision and Focus/Zoom modules.

Laser Module makes Point Teaching even faster. The Laser Module is a specialized laser meter add-on specially designed for HeadPLUS and HeadPLUS PRO that instantly measures distances. When attached, HeadPLUS can instantly determine the distance from camera to the target. Allowing an instant Point Teaching process.
Instant Point Teaching
Without the module, you teach a point by aiming at it with your camera from two separate angles while the App guides you step by step. The Laser Module measures the distance from the camera to the target itself, so HeadPLUS knows where the point is right after the first aim.
Automatic Point Tracking
With the edelkrone exclusive Point Tracking Feature, you can lock on to any point in 3D space while your camera is moving on edelkrone sliders, jibs or dollies.
Point Buttons make the HeadPLUS lock on a target point so once you trigger body motion by using any of the position buttons, HeadPLUS will adjust itself in realtime keeping the frame locked on the point.
Switch Between Multiple Points
Store multiple points and seamlessly transition between them while the system is in motion, creating smooth and dynamic camera movements with precision.
While your Slider/Jib/Dolly is in motion, point tracking mode uses realtime inverse kinematic calculations to adjust the pan, tilt and focus of HeadPLUS. This method is unique to edelkrone motion control systems, and since it uses no image processing, it is currently the best performing and most reliable parallax video solution in the market.
