Utilizing 3D TLC flash memory, this 240GB CFexpress Type A card works with compatible camera systems to deliver sequential read speeds of up to 800 MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 700 MB/s through the PCIe 3.0 / NVMe 1.4 interface. It is also resistant to shock, vibration, and magnets.

Designed for high endurance, this card also has a 2 million hour MTBF (Mean Time Before Failure) rating and an UBER (Uncorrectable Bit Error Rate) of <1 sector per 10¹⁷ bits read. It is protected by a limited 5-year warranty unless it reaches its max Total Bytes Written (TBW) rating of 150TB first.
