The Exascend CFast 2.0 card reader with USB 3.2 Gen 2 (USB 3.2 10 Gb/s) offloads footage from CFast 2.0 Type I cards to the computer as fast as the card allows. CFast 2.0 at full speed

USB 3.2 at 10 Gb/s exceeds the 6 Gb/s of the SATA III bus, so a CFast 2.0 card reads as fast as it can — 560 MB/s on the Archon. The reader meets the CompactFlash Association specification for CFast 2.0 Type I; USB-C to USB-C and USB-C to USB-A cables are included, so it fits Mac, PC and older laptops.

Offloading without the wait

USB 3.2 Gen 2 carries up to 10 Gb/s — the reader never holds back the card inside it, and a full day’s shoot reaches the edit suite in minutes. It connects over USB-C to Mac, PC and tablet with no drivers: plug in and read.

Aluminium for the field, 2-year warranty

The 81 g aluminium body takes travel and work in frost and dust — operation from −10 to 50 °C. Exascend backs the reader with a 2-year warranty.
