CFexpress 4.0 Type B with up to 3,500 MB/s

The card is compatible with the Canon EOS R5, R5 Mark II, R5 C, R3 and C500, Nikon Z6 II, Z8 and Z9, Atomos Ninja TX recorders and the Blackmagic PYXIS 12K and URSA Cine 12K cameras — anywhere with a CFexpress Type B slot. CFexpress 4.0 is backward compatible: in an older slot it runs at that slot’s speed, in a new one it uses PCIe 4.0 to the full.

8K and 12K at up to 120 fps

A sustained 1 750 MB/s write on the 1 TB version and a sustained 3 400 MB/s read handle RAW recording in the highest profiles. Adaptive Thermal Control™ stops the card throttling on long shoots, SuperCruise™ keeps the write speed stable and RAID ECC can rebuild even severely corrupted data.
