8K and 12K at up to 120 fps without dropouts

VPG 400 certification guarantees a minimum write of 400 MB/s for the whole recording; the 2 TB version sustains 3 000 MB/s write and 3 500 MB/s read. SuperCruise™ keeps the write speed stable and RAID ECC can rebuild even severely corrupted data.

Aluminium against heat, 1.25 W for the battery

The aluminium-alloy body dissipates heat and, together with Adaptive Thermal Control™, keeps the card 10–15 °C cooler so overheating never cuts a recording short. At a sustained 400 MB/s write the card draws around 1.25 W, and Smartstream™ balances performance and power draw so the body lasts longer on a battery.
