A sustained 3,300 MB/s write

PCIe Gen4 ×2 and 3D TLC in pSLC mode hold a sustained 3,500 MB/s read and 3,300 MB/s write — with no drop-off even as the card fills up. VPG 400 certification guarantees at least 400 MB/s for 8K and 12K RAW at up to 120 fps without dropped frames.

Into any CFexpress Type B slot

The card is compatible with the Canon EOS R5, R5 Mark II, R5 C, R3, R1 and C500, Nikon Z6 II, Z8 and Z9, Atomos Ninja TX recorders and the Blackmagic PYXIS 12K and URSA Cine 12K cameras. In a CFexpress 2.0 body it runs at the slot’s speed; the full 3,750 MB/s comes into play when offloading through the Nitro CFexpress 4.0 reader over USB4.

Aluminium, IP67 and −30 to 85 °C

The full-body aluminium casing dissipates heat and, together with Adaptive Thermal Control™, keeps the card up to 20 °C cooler than standard models, so performance does not waver on long recordings. IP67 means dust-tight and protected against immersion to 1 m; the −30 to 85 °C operating range goes beyond the usual standard.

3 000 TB of write endurance

pSLC mode stores a single bit per cell, multiplying endurance compared with ordinary TLC — 3 000 TB TBW on the 512 GB version, an MTBF of 2,000,000 hours. At a sustained 400 MB/s write the card draws only ≈1.25 W and spares the camera battery.

Data Retention Plus™ and RAID ECC
