Fairlight Live Audio Panel 40 is a professional desktop control surface for Fairlight Live, combining 40 motorized faders, four touchscreen displays and direct control of a large live mix. It brings the ergonomics of a full audio console to SMPTE 2110 studio and broadcast workflows.
40 channels at your fingertips, four screens for an overview
Panel 40 is the largest of the three Fairlight Live control surfaces. Each group of ten faders has its own 11.6″ touchscreen, so channel strips, levels, EQ, dynamics, and plug-ins remain clearly visible right next to the controls.
Quick decision-making during broadcasts
Forty multifunction rotary controls with LED rings, separate Select, Solo, and Mute controls for each channel, and context-sensitive controls shorten the path from listening to taking action. Access layers, buses, the matrix, auxes, VCAs, and submasters without searching through menus.
Talkback, cue, and on-air mix protection
The console features a dedicated talkback microphone, four talkback groups, direct channel access, and ALL mode. The Player/Recorder, Cue Player, and Snapshots keyboards speed up virtual soundchecks, jingle triggering, and restoring saved states; On Air mode locks the console against unintended changes.
A Large Workspace for Large Live Productions
Controls include layers, buses, matrix, auxes, VCAs, submasters, and talkback for fast, direct access to the mix. Touchscreens display information on channel strips, levels, EQ, dynamic processing, and plug-in interfaces. The panel is fully integrated with Fairlight Live and is designed for large-scale live broadcasts.
Connectivity features include two 10G RJ45 SMPTE 2110 networks for video and audio, a separate 1G RJ45 control port, and USB-C for the computer, configuration, and updates. Available connectors include XLR microphone and line-level audio inputs, a headset talkback jack, two headphone outputs, and an HDMI Type A port for an HD or Ultra HD monitor.
