The Feelworld SH7 is a 7-inch Full HD touchscreen on-camera monitor featuring 2200 cd/m² brightness for daylight viewing, SDI/HDMI cross conversion, and HDR & 3D LUT support. Ideal for professional field and studio use, it offers waveform, vectorscope, and audio meter tools for precise monitoring and includes a tilt arm mount for flexible positioning.

Full HD 1920 × 1200, touch control

The SH7 is a field monitor for shooting outdoors. Its 2200 cd/m² panel and a light sensor that adapts the backlight keep the picture readable in direct sun, where an ordinary 500-nit monitor gives up. The 1920 × 1200 IPS panel is touch-driven, so you reach a function faster than through buttons.

SDI and HDMI cross conversion

The monitor has both a 3G-SDI and an HDMI input and output, and converts between them in either direction. You can feed an HDMI camera from an SDI source and the other way round. LUT loop-out works over both, so the next link in the chain can receive the picture with the look already applied.

Tools for the set

Waveform in RGB, YUV and Y, vector scope, histogram, HDR, peaking, false colours, zebra, crosshatch and safe-area markers. Custom 3D LUTs load from an SD card — up to fifty of them — and firmware updates go the same way. The menu is new and clearer than on the older models.

Power and mounting

The monitor can power the camera

On the back there is a slot for a Sony F970 battery, a DC 7–24 V input and a DC output that powers the camera through the right adaptor. A shoe mount of its own carries a microphone, a light or a wireless receiver. The included tilt arm keeps the monitor low next to the camera and rotates through 360° on two axes.
