The Exascend Gecko series of external SSDs is a variant of the Exascend Explorer models, but with a hot-shoe socket mount allowing the drive to be securely attached directly to cameras/camcorders/cages. In addition to high performance (thanks to a USB-C bus with transfer speeds up to 20 Gbps and spiky 3D TLC flash memory), it offers IP67-rated durability, a silicone case that can withstand up to 50 G, a 5-year warranty (or a maximum of 1500 TBW), and factory data recovery.
