The K&F Concept 52mm magnetic metal lens cap 2-in-1 attaches to a lens or filter either by thread or by magnet – on a K&F Concept magnetic filter you simply place it on. It is made of aluminium-magnesium alloy, so it is light yet durable, and protects the lens and filter from dust, scratches, fingerprints and knocks.

The cap is made of metal – an aluminium-magnesium alloy that is light yet strong. It protects both the front element of the lens and the filter from dust, scratches, fingerprints and knocks.

Magnet and thread in one cap

The cap attaches in two ways: screw it into the 52mm thread of a lens or filter, or simply place it on a K&F Concept magnetic filter, where the magnet holds it. The thread fits lenses and filters of common brands; the magnetic attachment is designed exclusively for the K&F Concept magnetic system and does not work with other brands' magnetic filters.

Choosing the size

For K&F Concept UV, CPL and fixed ND filters, the cap has the same diameter as the filter. K&F Concept variable ND filters have a larger front, so they take a cap one size up – for example a 62mm cap for a 58mm variable ND filter. The 52mm cap fits lenses and filters with a 52mm thread.
