The set brings together the filters most often used with this kit, so they need not be bought one at a time and all mount the same way. Exactly what is included is listed below. The filters can be used individually, depending on what the scene calls for.

Three glasses cover three different jobs. The MCUV stays on the lens for good and protects the front element, the polariser takes reflections off water and glass, and the ND1000 removes ten stops — passers-by vanish from a busy street and a waterfall turns into a silky sheet. The frame is a slim 1.9 to 3.5 mm, so even wide-angle lenses keep their corners clear.
