The K&F Concept KF-V99 Pro V-mount battery with a capacity of 99 Wh (14.8 V, 6700 mAh) powers cameras, monitors, lights and laptops. It charges at 100 W over USB-C1 and delivers up to 100 W, plus USB-C2 65 W, USB-A 24 W, D-Tap, 12 V DC output and BP contacts. The TFT display shows the battery level and the power drawn on each port. With a capacity under 100 Wh, the battery may travel in cabin baggage.

99 Wh capacity

A fully charged battery is good for roughly 7 h of Canon EOS R5 recording in 8K/30p, 5.5 charges of an iPhone 15 Pro Max, 3 charges of an iPad Pro 11" and 1.3 charges of a MacBook Pro 16". The V-mount plate attaches it to cameras, cages and lights, and the 100 Wh limit lets you take it on a plane in hand luggage.

100 W USB-C1 in both directions

The USB-C1 port charges the battery and powers a laptop, tablet or phone. With an adapter of at least 100 W it is full in about 2 h. Next to it are USB-C2 65 W, USB-A 24 W, D-Tap, 12 V DC output and BP contacts; the ports work in parallel, so several devices can run off the battery at once.

Protection and controls

A BMS looks after the cells, with protection against overheating, overvoltage, over-discharge, overcurrent, overcharging and short circuit. The TFT display shows the battery level and the power drawn on each port. On the back there is an emergency light, handy for setting up gear in the dark. The housing is made of aluminium and fire-resistant polycarbonate.
