Nano-X magnetic ND64 ND filter with adapter ring and cap 67 mm, takes light away so you can lengthen the exposure or open the aperture. A fixed density suits long exposures of water and clouds and filming with an open aperture in sunshine.

Longer exposures even in full light

A neutral density filter takes light away without touching the colours. In daylight it lets you shoot wide open with a blurred background, film at 1/50 s by the cine rule, or lengthen the exposure until water melts into mist and people vanish from the frame.

Magnetic lens cap

A magnetic lens cap is included. It holds on the filter by itself and comes off in one move, and when the filter is not fitted it can also be screwed straight onto the lens thread.

The glass carries 28 anti-reflective layers and reflects only 0.2 % of the light, so no ghosting or veiling appears against the light. The filter goes on magnetically — a magnetic adapter ring screws onto the lens and the filter holds itself on. A swap takes a second and nothing has to be screwed.

The surface repels water and grease, so drops run off and fingerprints wipe away without smears; the coating also stands up to cleaning in the field. ND64 cuts six stops. On a bright day that lengthens the exposure enough for running water to soften into a smooth veil, and for video the aperture can open fully even in sunshine.
