The K&F Concept Nano-Xcel Pro matte box shields the lens from side light and flare. The top and side flags are carbon fibre and adjust to the angle you need. Two included frames take 4 × 5.65″ rectangular filters, and five adapters – 67, 72, 77, 82 and 95 mm – connect the matte box to the lens, even with a circular filter in place.

The large 105 mm opening causes no vignetting even on a 16 mm wide-angle lens. The body has a cold shoe for a microphone or LED light, one 3/8″ and two 1/4″ threads for accessories, and a knob tightens the lens in the adapter.

Carbon fibre flags

The carbon fibre top and side flags are light and rigid. Each one angles separately to block exactly the light that does not belong in the shot.

Circular and rectangular filters

A circular UV, CPL, ND or graduated filter mounts via the adapter, while 4 × 5.65″ rectangular filters slide into the two frames – black mist, ND or blue streak, for example.
