A Nikon EN-EL25 1250 mAh replacement battery with a USB-C port built into the battery. A cable and a power bank, laptop or car charger are all you need, with no separate charger to carry. Fully decoded chip: the camera shows the remaining capacity and raises no third-party battery warning. For Nikon Z30, Z50, Z fc.

1250 mAh capacity

The battery has a capacity of 1250 mAh, that is 9.5 Wh at 7.6 V. In practice that is roughly 380 shots each. In video one battery lasts around 2 h.

Charging over USB-C

The battery charges straight over USB-C, so on the road a cable and any source will do — a power bank, a laptop or a car charger. An indicator on the battery itself shows charging: red while charging, green when full. A full charge takes about 2.5 hours.

The chip watches over-charge, over-discharge, over-voltage, over-current, short circuit and overheating, and switches to trickle charging once full.
