The long-awaited top model in the Libec TH family of lightweight video tripods offers - while maintaining its low weight, small size and affordability - the possibility of continuous friction adjustment of the spooling and tilt. The design combines aluminium alloy and hardened plastic for a load capacity of up to 5 kg with an empty weight of 3.6 kg and a height range of 73-163 cm. The kit includes Libec TH-Z T tripod legs, TH-V H head and RC-10 bag. On sale as of 4/2024.

The Libec TH-V is the top model of the lightweight TH tripod range: the TH-V H fluid head with continuous friction control for pan and tilt, the TH-Z T legs with a 75 mm bowl and the RC-10 case. The system carries cameras up to 5 kg, weighs 3.6 kg and adjusts from 73 to 163 cm.

Drag to suit the shot

Knobs on the head adjust pan and tilt friction continuously. A slow landscape pan and fast action tracking work with the same head.

LED bubble level

The bubble level is illuminated, so you can level the head in the dark. The 75 mm ball in the tripod bowl makes levelling easy.

One-touch plate

The sliding plate attaches and releases in one touch, and ±30 mm of travel helps balance the camera. It is compatible with Manfrotto and Sachtler heads.

A head for tripods, sliders and dollies

The dual base of the TH-V H fits a 75 mm bowl and a flat base alike, so the head moves to a slider, a skater dolly or a photo tripod.

Tilt +90° to −80°

The head works from −20 to +60 °C.

Fixed counterbalance

Counterbalance is fixed; the chart shows weights per C.G.

Longer bowl thread

Removing the spacer from the bowl clamp lengthens the thread.

RC-10 case
