Lilliput UQ31 is a 31.5″ production monitor with a 10-bit 3840 × 2160 panel and 1,000 cd/m² brightness, readable even in direct sunlight. Four quad-link 12G-SDI inputs and HDMI 2.1 accept signals up to 8K 60p; it also has a 12G SFP+ optical input, HDR, 3D LUTs, quad split and control via LAN, RS422 and GPI.

Display readable in sunlight

1,000 cd/m² brightness and an HDR algorithm give accurate colours even in outdoor light, which both the director and post-production appreciate. HDR supports HLG and PQ (ST 2084 300/1000/10000), the 3D LUT section holds 17 default and 6 user tables.

Accurate 10-bit colour

The A+ grade panel with a colour depth of 1.07 billion colours covers 98% DCI-P3 and 80% BT.2020. Colour spaces are calibrated with a precision probe and switch between BT.709, BT.2020, DCI-P3 and NTSC.

8K signal over 12G-SDI and HDMI 2.1

Four 12G-SDI inputs support single link (ST 2082-10) and quad link (ST 2082-12) and accept up to 8K 60p. The 12G SFP+ optical input carries up to 4K 60p, HDMI 2.1 has an input and loop output up to 8K 60p. The monitor is operated with a three-level menu, buttons F1–F4 and dials, or with an application via LAN and RS422.

Lilliput UQ31 is a professional 31.5″ 4K HDR reference monitor for high-end studios, OB vans and shoots where colour rendering is critical. The 10-bit 3840 × 2160 panel offers 1000 cd/m² brightness, 1000:1 contrast, a 178° viewing angle and support for Rec.709, DCI-P3, BT.2020 and HDR HLG/ST 2084 (300/1000/10000 nits). 8K ready: 4× 12G-SDI (quad link 8K 60p), 1× 12G SFP+ optical input and 1× HDMI 2.1 (8K 60p over a single cable) with loop outputs, ready for signals from ARRI, RED, Sony Venice or Blackmagic URSA cameras. Quad view shows four independent 12G-SDI/HDMI sources at once with their own LUTs, audio meters and tally. Tools include waveform, vectorscope, histogram, false color, exposure, focus peaking and 3D LUT import (.cube) via USB. Remote control via RS422, GPI or LAN (RJ45) fits broadcast systems. UQ31 weighs 12.5 kg, has a rugged aluminium alloy chassis with VESA 200 × 200 / 400 × 400 mounts, runs on 15–32 V DC (4-pin XLR) and draws no more than 94 W. It is designed for directors, DITs, colourists and live production teams who need an accurate picture and multiple signals.
