A fully manual film lens with a high aperture of T2.2 and a focal length of 25mm. The lens delivers sharp images with minimal colour defects and smooth image rendition beyond depth of field, suppressed "breathing" effect and long focus ring travel (270°) with M0.8 gearing and precision marks (accuracy approx. 10"; gearing also on aperture ring). Meike 25 mm T2.2 Mini Prime Cine at a glance

The Meike 25 mm T2.2 Mini Prime Cine is a manual-focus 25 mm prime for APS-C mirrorless cameras. Its T2.2 aperture leaves room to work in poor light and to separate the subject from the background.

Optics and rendering

The optical design uses 12 elements in 9 groups, with a 11-blade diaphragm that keeps out-of-focus highlights round. The aperture runs from T2.2 to T22, and the minimum focusing distance is 0.25 m.

Handling and build

Focus and aperture are set by hand; the lens has no electronic contacts, so the camera must be set to release without a lens. The filter thread is 77 mm and it weighs about 560 g.
