RGBlink 4K vue PTZ camera is designed for professional broadcasting. The 1600TVL resolution lens is equipped with an advanced ISP image processor and 8.42 million pixel sensor, providing ultra-clear 4K image quality. Supports 12X optical zoom and a range of outputs from HDMI, 3G-SDI to H.264, H.265, and NDI.

The vue 4K PTZ camera with 12× optical zoom shoots 4K at 60 frames per second and follows the presenter on its own using AI tracking. It outputs simultaneously over HDMI, 3G-SDI, USB 3.0 and the network – including NDI, and a single Ethernet cable with PoE+ is all it needs for power. It suits classrooms, meeting rooms, halls and live productions.

Professional PTZ camera in 4K

The Sony 1/2.8″ 8.42 MP sensor delivers 3840 × 2160 at 60 frames per second. The image processor with 2D and 3D noise reduction keeps the picture clean in dimmer light – the camera works from 0.5 lux – and the wide dynamic range copes with shots where a bright window meets a darker hall.

Lens with 12× optical zoom

Focal length 4.1–49.2 mm, aperture F1.8–F2.68 and horizontal field of view 70.4°–6.72° – from the whole room down to a close-up of a face. On top of the optical zoom the camera adds 16× digital zoom and focuses automatically, manually or at one press.

Three zoom ranges in one series

The vue 4K series comes with 12×, 20× and 30× lenses. The shorter zoom covers a meeting room or classroom, the longer one reaches across a whole hall. This camera has 12× optical zoom.

NDI for network production

The UNAI version also sends video to the network as NDI, so any NDI-capable switcher or software finds it – no capture card, just one cable that also powers the camera over PoE+. The picture is also available over RTSP, RTMP, SRT and ONVIF, and the camera is controlled over the network with VISCA over IP.

Connections and power

The rear panel has HDMI, 3G-SDI (1080p60 up to 100 m), USB 3.0 with UVC and UAC for video conferencing, gigabit LAN with PoE+, a 3.5 mm line input, RS232 in and loop-through out, and RS485. Over the network the camera streams H.264 or H.265 via RTSP, RTMP and SRT. It is powered over PoE+ or from the supplied 12 V adapter and is controlled with VISCA, Pelco-D, Pelco-P and VISCA over IP.

What else the camera does

TALLY Crown

The TALLY indicator on top of the camera is visible through 360° and clearly shows whether the camera is on standby or on air.

AI tracking

The camera keeps the presenter's face or figure in shot on its own; tracking can be limited to a chosen zone.

Precise positioning

Stepper motors with 0.1° accuracy move to any preset in under 1 s – smoothly and quietly.

255 presets

Store up to 255 camera positions; 10 of them can be recalled directly from the supplied remote control.

Audio to every output

The 3.5 mm line input embeds audio into HDMI, SDI, USB and the network streams.

OLED display

The display on the front shows the IP address, resolution and frame rate.

Set-up in the browser

Configure and preview the camera in an ordinary web browser without installing an app; firmware is updated over the network.

Low-power sleep mode

In sleep mode it draws less than 400 mW; maximum consumption is 18 W.

For teaching, conferences and live production

The camera is designed for indoor use – classrooms and lecture halls, meeting rooms and conference halls, hospitals, courtrooms and control rooms. It mounts on a ceiling or wall via the 1/4″-20 UNC thread in its base; a mounting bracket is not included.
