The Saramonic SR-C2005 is a right-angle USB-C adapter with a male connector on one side and a female one on the other, turning a cable or accessory by 90°. It is ideal for a phone in a handheld gimbal, where a straight connector hits the motor, and for devices in a car mount, a slim case or any other tight space. It measures just 3.2 cm and weighs 5 g.

The male USB-C connector plugs into a phone, tablet or computer, and the cable of a microphone, power supply or other accessory goes into the USB-C port on the side of the adapter. It routes them close along the edge of the device.

A phone in a handheld gimbal

The low-profile right-angle adapter leaves enough room for the gimbal motor, so a USB-C microphone, power or other accessory can be connected to the phone in it and you can shoot without taking the phone out.

Less strain on the port

Straight cables and connectors in a fixed mount press on the device port and can damage it. The right-angle adapter greatly reduces this strain. Simply plug it in – there is nothing to set up.
