The SmallRig "HawkLock" VCT-14 Type Shoulder Rig (SR009) 5199 is built for medium to large cinema cameras with a payload of up to 20kg (44lb). It is designed for smooth handheld and first-person shooting where stability, comfort and a fast setup on set matter.

Stability and ergonomics

• Payload of up to 20kg (44lb) for medium to large cinema cameras, for shake-free shots.
• The wide, thickened shoulder pad distributes weight evenly without blocking the view, and shifts sideways for a natural fit.
• The spring-mounted back pad conforms to the body and adds security during low-angle shots.

Fast setup

• Built-in VCT-14 module: switch between shoulder and tripod mode in one second.
• Tool-free assembly; the telescopic arm deploys in one move thanks to the "HawkLock" quick release.
• The handle angle is fine-tuned with the integrated rosette.

Adjustment and balance

• The telescopic arm adjusts laterally by 50mm (2in) to fit operators of different sizes.
• Dual quick release plates move the center of gravity forward or backward over a range of 185mm (7.3in).
• The base height adjusts by 27mm (1.1in) to suit a wide range of camera and lens combinations.
