The Manfrotto 008CSU is the classic chrome-plated steel Junior “Cine” stand: a bomb-proof, 30 kg-capacity, low-profile workhorse with double-braced legs, one leveling leg and a universal type-14 top. Reaching only 212 cm yet dropping to 131 cm, it’s the perfect heavy-duty stand for large HMIs, big softboxes, frame rigs, or anywhere you need rock-solid support with a low center of gravity and the ability to stay level on rough terrain.

The Manfrotto 008CSU is the steel version of Manfrotto’s legendary low cine stand found on every professional film, TV, and rental set. Built entirely from thick chrome-plated steel with massive double bracing and a wide 112 cm footprint, it handles 30 kg with ease even at full height. The built-in telescopic leveling leg compensates for uneven ground in seconds and the universal type-14 top accepts Junior receivers, Baby pins, or direct 3/8″ mounting. At 6.52 kg it’s heavy, but nothing else in this height class comes close to its strength and stability.
