A pair of Tilta adapters from a 1/4"-20 screw mounting slot to an ARRI rosette. They bolt with two 1/4"-20 screws into the threads of a camera cage, monitor mount or any other part without a rosette and offer a standard ARRI rosette at the end for hand grips, arms and Nucleus-M accessories. The left and right adapters are mirror images, so both sides of a cage can be fitted.

The 1/4"-20 to ARRI rosette adapters (pair) put a rosette where there is none: on a cage that only has 1/4"-20 threads, on a monitor mount or on a cart tray. The ARRI rosette is the interface of Tilta hand grips and arms, so with the adapters the Nucleus-M hand grips attach to such a cage too, via the rosette adapter.

Two 1/4"-20 screws in the slot, rosette at the end

Each adapter is an L-shaped part: the arm with a longitudinal slot carries two 1/4"-20 screws that thread into a pair of holes on the cage or mount — the slot lets the adapter shift to match the hole spacing, and the two screws stop it from rotating. At the end of the arm sits an ARRI rosette with a thread in the centre, to which a grip, arm or other rosette accessory is tightened and locked at the desired angle. The adapters come as a pair, left and right, so the rosettes face the same way on both sides of the cage; the black finish matches Tilta cages.

The adapters belong with ARRI rosette accessories — Nucleus-M hand grips with the rosette adapter, Tilta arms and mounts — and with any cage or mount that has two 1/4"-20 threads side by side.

The Tilta Nucleus-M system

Nucleus-M (WLC-T03 series) is wireless lens control: motors on 15/19 mm rods turn focus, iris and zoom, the FIZ hand unit or hand grips with a wheel drive them remotely, and power runs over 7-pin cables — from a P-Tap plate or daisy-chained motor to motor. The WLC-T03 parts combine: motor gears, cables, grip adapters, bridge and case all belong to the same system, including this one.
