The Tilta BT-T86-V battery plate powers the Panasonic AU-EVA1 from a V-Mount battery: the EVA1 power cable is included, along with a 14.8 V P-Tap output and three DC outputs — two 12 V and one 8 V — with cables for a monitor, transmitter or focus motors. The 15 mm rod adapter screws to the top or bottom edge of the plate, so it sits on the rods in any orientation; two 15 × 100 mm rods are included. Designed for the Tilta cage for the EVA1. Black.

The Tilta Battery Plate for Panasonic EVA1 — V-Mount is a battery plate designed to work with the Tilta cage for the Panasonic EVA1. The camera runs from a V-Mount battery with many times the runtime of the original batteries, and the same battery also powers the accessories — through a P-Tap output and three DC outputs. The same plate is also available in a Gold Mount version.

P-Tap and three DC outputs, cables included

The EVA1 power cable is included, so the camera connects straight out of the box. Alongside it the plate has a 14.8 V P-Tap output and three DC outputs — two 12 V and one 8 V — with a 12 V cable and an 8 V cable for a monitor, video transmitter or focus motors. The whole rig thus runs from a single V-Mount battery. The V-Mount takes any V-Mount battery.

15 mm rod adapter in any orientation

On the rods the plate mounts with the 15 mm rod adapter, which screws to the top or bottom edge of the plate — depending on where the rods run and how the battery should sit. Two black 15 × 100 mm aluminium rods are included, so the plate sits at the back of the cage without a further purchase. The body is aluminium alloy with stainless steel and ABS parts, in black.

Tilta power: V-Mount and Gold Mount

Tilta battery plates have one job: to bring power from a large V-Mount or Gold Mount battery to the camera and its accessories so that battery swaps are kept to a minimum. Every plate comes in both versions — V-Mount and Gold Mount (Anton Bauer) — and distributes power through P-Tap, USB-C and two-pin LEMO outputs, for which Tilta offers power cables for specific cameras, monitors and video transmitters. Plates for a specific body mount in the battery chamber or on the cage, universal plates on 15 mm rods. This part is one of them.
