The Tilta TCB-RBNC-RBNC-30 is a 30 cm SDI cable with a right-angle BNC plug at both ends. It carries the video signal from the camera's SDI output to a monitor or transmitter mounted right on the cage; the BNC bayonet locks and does not pull out while working, and the right-angle connectors keep the cable close to the camera body and take no room where the SDI port sits tight against the battery or the cage.

The Tilta TCB-RBNC-RBNC-30 is a short SDI cable for the cage: a BNC bayonet that, unlike HDMI, locks and holds, right-angle connectors that do not stick out from the body, and 30 cm of length for a monitor or transmitter fixed straight to the cage.

Right-angle BNC at both ends

Both ends carry a right-angle BNC plug with a bayonet lock: once inserted it is turned and holds, so the connection does not come apart during the shoot. The right-angle design runs the cable along the camera body straight from the connector rather than out at a right angle — it takes less room on the cage and fits even where the SDI port sits tight against a large battery and a straight BNC would not go in. The 30 cm length reaches from the camera's SDI output to a monitor on the top handle or a transmitter on the side of the cage without leaving a loop.

The shorter of two lengths

The cable suits any device with an SDI port on BNC — camera, monitor, wireless transmitter and recorder. Thirty centimetres is the length for devices right on the cage; for a monitor on an arm or a transmitter on the rods the same cable comes in 20 inches (TCB-RBNC-RBNC-55).
