The Tilta ES-T22-B Advanced Camera Cage Kit for Canon C400 is a modular, durable rigging solution designed to expand the functionality and flexibility of your cinema workflow. Built from lightweight aluminum and steel, the kit includes a full cage system with top, side, and bottom plates, a top handle, 7.8" 15mm rods, a quick release shoulder pad and a multifunctional back plate. With ARRI rosettes, NATO rail, multiple anti-twist threads and compatibility with the C400’s original top handle, it provides a versatile, production-ready platform for professional rigging.

The Tilta ES-T22-B Camera Cage for Canon C400 (Advanced Kit) delivers a complete modular ecosystem designed to enhance stability, expand mounting options and streamline transitions between tripod, shoulder, and handheld shooting. The cage includes top, left, and right side plates, a Manfrotto-type quick release bottom plate, a top handle, 7.8" 15mm rods, a multifunctional back plate and an additional Top Plate B for more accessory compatibility. Its included EVF rod locking screw ensures full compatibility with the Canon C400’s electronic viewfinder.

Key features

Multiple locking points for secure protection

The components interlock seamlessly, ensuring a stable installation and protecting the camera body from bumps and scratches. The snug fit prevents any shifting or loosening.

Modular design

The kit includes a top plate, left and right side arms, a bottom plate and a multifunctional back plate. Each part is detachable and can be added or removed as needed.

Battery plate (optional)

An accessible design with PD input and external battery. Hot-swappable between BP-U, V-Mount and Gold Mount batteries, so shooting continues uninterrupted.

Multifunctional top handle

With the handle extension installed, the top handle reaches a total length of 360 mm, providing a comfortable grip and additional accessory mounting points.

Compatible with the original handle

Provides clearance for the original Canon top handle and keeps all ports fully accessible.

Shoulder rig configuration

Features a shoulder pad with a Manfrotto receiver, so you can move quickly between tripod and shoulder rig via the Manfrotto quick-release plate. Also compatible with VCT-style plates and the Tilta dovetail.

Engineered from durable aluminum and steel, the cage integrates ARRI-style rosettes, a NATO rail, multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 anti-twist threaded mounts and 15mm LWS support to accommodate monitors, handles, follow-focus systems, matte boxes, wireless transmitters and more. The quick release shoulder pad enables fast transitions to shoulder-mounted configurations while maintaining secure support and comfort. Whether used for documentary, cinema or ENG-style production, the ES-T22-B Advanced Kit offers a rugged, adaptable platform designed to grow with your Canon C400 rig.
