The Tilta TA-T68-HCC-B is a half camera cage for the Canon EOS R5 Mark II — a 97.5 g aluminium frame that keeps the body slim while adding 1/4"-20 threads with locating points, a 3/8"-16 thread and two wrist strap holders. A multi-functional magnetic screwdriver rides underneath. There is no cooling; that is what the TA-T68-FCC2-B, TA-T68-A-B and TA-T68-C-B full cages are for.

The Tilta TA-T68-HCC-B half cage is the lightest way to give the Canon EOS R5 Mark II more mounting points while keeping it the size of a camera rather than a cine rig.

Light frame, plenty of mounting points

The half cage holds the camera by its base and right side and weighs 97.5 g. It carries 1/4"-20 threads with locating points, a 3/8"-16 thread, a 1/4" camera mounting screw and a position mounting screw, two wrist strap holders, and underneath a magnetic holder with the multi-functional magnetic screwdriver. Silicone padding protects the body and adds friction so the frame cannot twist.

Compatibility

The frame is made specifically for the Canon EOS R5 Mark II. It does not fit other bodies — not even the first-generation Canon EOS R5.
