The Khronos quick release filter tray is the magnetic filter holder for Khronos cases for the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max. It attaches magnetically to the case, its swivel arm drops it over all three iPhone lenses at once and a screw catch holds it in place. It takes Khronos magnetic filters — ND, diffusion and UV. Filters and case are not included.

The tray is a single part, not a case and not a kit. On its own it holds nothing — it needs the Khronos case for the iPhone 16 Pro or Pro Max, to the back of which it attaches magnetically. Without the case there is nothing for the filter tray to sit on.

The frame rides on a swivel arm: at rest it stays out of shot, one movement drops it over the lenses and the screw catch keeps it there. It covers all three lenses of the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max at once, so the filter still applies when you switch to the wide or the telephoto lens.

The frame takes Khronos magnetic filters: neutral density for exposure control without touching the shutter, diffusion for a softer look and UV for protection. The filter drops in magnetically, so swapping one mid-shoot takes a second. The filters themselves and the case are not included and are bought separately.

The whole part is aluminium alloy and weighs very little — it adds no real load to the rig. Its finish matches the Khronos case.
