The Tilta ESR-T08-PL2 adapter support screws to the front of the RED V-RAPTOR camera body and wraps around the PL mount adapter, so a heavy lens does not hang on the camera's mount alone. The ring with two arms is fixed with four screws, so the adapter is held at four points and cannot twist. Black finish.

Four points of contact for the PL adapter

The PL mount adapter on a RED V-RAPTOR carries cine lenses that are heavy for the camera's mount — especially full-frame glass that uses the whole 8K sensor. The support solves that: the ring wraps around the adapter and two arms with four screws bolt it to the front of the camera body. The adapter is held at four points, takes the load off the mount and has nowhere to twist. The part is black and fits the V-RAPTOR body with a Tilta cage in place.
