The Tilta Power Supply for the Universal Cooling System attaches to the cooler magnetically and powers it from its built-in 3000 mAh battery — the setup on the camera stays compact, without a single cable. The module weighs 70 g, measures 62 × 58 × 20.5 mm and fits wherever a cable to a PD source or V-mount battery would get in the way. The TA-UCS-B cooler is sold separately; the Power Kit contains both.

The Tilta Power Supply for the Universal Cooling System (TA-UCSP-B) is a magnetic 3000 mAh battery that frees the Tilta cooler from its cable. It is the same module included in the Power Kit — on its own it serves as an add-on to the TA-UCS-B cooler or as a spare.

Magnetic 3000 mAh battery

The module has a built-in 3000 mAh battery and attaches to the Tilta Universal Cooling System cooler magnetically via the contacts on its back — no cable, no screws. Only the cooler with the module stays on the camera, which comes in handy when shooting handheld, on a gimbal or anywhere a cable to an external source gets in the way.

Charging over USB-C, status on the indicators

On the back of the module are the USB-C charging port and the magnetic contacts for the cooler; a row of indicators shows the battery status. The ABS module measures 62 × 58 × 20.5 mm and weighs 70 g, so it adds practically nothing to the setup on the camera.

The power supply for the Universal Cooling System attaches to the cooler magnetically, and the setup stays compact and cable-free. For wired power there is the USB-C port — from a PD source, a power bank or a V-mount battery, which comes in handy for livestreams, interviews or all-day shoots.

The Tilta Universal Cooling System family

The cooler is sold on its own (TA-UCS-B, powered over USB-C), the magnetic power supply with a built-in 3000 mAh battery is also sold separately (TA-UCSP-B), and the Power Kit (TA-UCSK-B) contains both. The cooler is universal — it works with mirrorless cameras from Sony, Canon, Nikon, Fujifilm and Panasonic Lumix.
