The Tilta TA-T17-SK is a set of replacement screws for the Tiltaing cage of the Sony a7/a9 series. It contains screws of every type the cage and its parts use — socket cap screws for a hex key, countersunk screws and thumbscrews tightened by hand — so after a lost or stripped screw there is no need to hunt for a replacement piece by piece. Intended for the Tilta Full Camera Cage for Sony a7/a9.

The Tilta TA-T17-SK is the service kit for the Tiltaing cage of the Sony a7/a9 series: every screw that assembles the cage and fixes parts to it, in one pack.

Replacement for every screw on the cage

Screws on a cage get lost when the rig is rebuilt often, and an over-tightened hex socket strips. The kit contains a replacement for every compatible screw of the Tiltaing cage for the Sony a7/a9 series: socket cap screws for a hex key in several lengths, countersunk screws and thumbscrews tightened by hand. It belongs in the bag as a spare, so that one missing screw does not stop the shoot.

The Tilta cage system

A Tilta cage is only the start: every series has parts designed for the camera body — top handles, side handles with a REC button, HDMI and USB-C cable clamps, battery plates, 15 mm rod holders, lens adapters and ARCA or NATO interfaces. The parts share 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads with locating pins, NATO rails and cold shoes, so they combine across series. This part is one of them.
