The Tilta Soft Carrying Case is a soft transport case for the Tilta Lightweight Shoulder Rig. Shaped foam padding holds the folded rig, handles and all, in place, and the mesh pocket in the lid takes the quick release plate, counterweights and tools. It is the same case that ships with the rig, so it works as a replacement for a damaged one or as a second case.

A shoulder rig folds into a surprisingly small package, but the arms and handles have plenty of edges. The shaped padding lines them up so nothing gets bent.

A shaped case for the whole rig

Inside is shaped foam padding into which the folded shoulder rig, handles and all, drops straight in. A covered zip and soft walls keep the rig together while carrying it and in the boot of a car; the mesh pocket in the lid takes the quick release plate, counterweights and tools.

Folds down and goes in the case

The rosette bridge rotates a full 360°, so the arms and handles fold in against the body of the rig. Folded, the rig fits the supplied soft case with its shaped padding, where every part has its place. The construction is aviation grade aluminium alloy and the whole rig weighs 1.7 kg.
