The Tilta TA-LRH7-57-B is a left-side Tiltaing Advanced Power Handle with a run/stop button and a mount via a 1/4"-20 thread with locating pins. It takes a Sony F570 battery underneath and powers accessories from it through 8 V USB-C and 12 V DC outputs; the camera is not powered from the handle. The REC button starts and stops recording through an optional USB-C run/stop cable. Aluminium alloy and stainless steel, colour black.

The Tilta TA-LRH7-57-B gives the left hand a grip and the camera two things that otherwise hang on cables from elsewhere: accessory power from a Sony F570 battery and a REC button right under the thumb.

The F570 battery powers accessories

The bottom of the handle holds a Sony NP-F570 battery; two outputs run from it — 8 V over USB-C and 12 V over a DC connector. That covers a monitor, a focus motor or a wireless video link, so the external power source disappears from the cage. The camera is not powered from the handle — it is not built to power camera bodies and does not power the Canon EOS R5 C.

1/4"-20 with locating pins (Type VII) mount

The Type VII mount is a 1/4"-20 thread backed by locating pins: the screw pulls the handle tight, the pins drop into the holes in the cage and the handle cannot twist. This mount is meant for the Tiltaing Full Camera Cage for Sony a7C.

REC button and run/stop cable

The handle carries a run/stop button: through an optional run/stop cable with USB-C on the handle side (Tilta RS-USBC range) it starts and stops recording on cameras that support the function through their port. The cable is chosen by the camera port — LANC, RED, Sony Multi Terminal, Canon and others. The mount rotates in its base, so the handle sits under the hand even on a cage whose thread is somewhere other than where it would suit.

Tiltaing handles and plates

The Tiltaing range builds the rig around the cage from parts that fit together: side handles with a REC button powered by a Sony F570/F970 battery or USB-C PD, wooden and quick-release top handles, handle adapters to an ARRI rosette, 15 mm LWS baseplates with a Manfrotto or ARCA plate and battery plates with P-Tap and USB-C outputs. They share 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads with ARRI locating pins, NATO rails and ARRI rosettes. This part is one of them.
